If you plan to bring an additional person to the showing, please let our staff know when scheduling so we can be prepared. Please remember, these are guided tours with a member of the Evergreen staff, not an open house. We’ll be there to answer any questions you might have!

Can you hold a unit for a future move-in date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold units for future move-in. Once an applicant or applicants are approved, we can allow them to postpone their lease-start date for a maximum of 2 weeks but only with the deposit(s) paid in full immediately. Full rent and utilities (if any) would still be required prior to picking up keys at noon on the lease start date. All initial payments must be in certified funds.

How long does the application process take?

Typically, the application process takes from 3-5 days during the slow season and up to 10 days in the busy season. The faster our applicants provide all the necessary documentation and the faster we receive their references, the sooner we will have an answer.

How much is the deposit? Can you split up the deposit?

We require one month’s rent up front as a deposit. There are instances when we may ask for additional deposits such as something on the credit or criminal reports that would warrant it, or if there is lack of rental history.
Unfortunately we cannot split the deposit and it is due immediately. Additionally, any unit rented sight-unseen will require a double deposit. A friend or family member is welcome to see the unit for you in the event you are unable to schedule a showing. Please call our office with questions.

What forms of payment do you take for the deposit?

We can only take the deposit, first month’s rent and utilities (if any) in certified funds such as a cashier’s check or money order.

Are your units first-come, first-served?

We do not necessarily run applications on a first-come, first-served basis. When we receive multiple applications on a unit, we will look each of them over and select the first completed and most qualified application(s) for processing first.

Do you offer furnished units?

Unfortunately we do not offer furnished units of any kind.

Do you offer rooms for rent or help finding roommates?

Due to liability we do not assist in finding roommates. We only offer full-unit rentals.
